Job Description and Candidate Profiling: ALBRAY will work with you to create a comprehensive job description that accurately reflects the duties and responsibilities of the position. We will also help you create a detailed candidate profile to ensure that only the most qualified candidates are being sourced for the position.

STEP 3

Sourcing and Evaluating Candidates: ALBRAY will source, evaluate and pre-screen potential candidates for the position. All candidates will be thoroughly evaluated based on the job requirements and candidate profile.

STEP 4

Interviewing and Assessing: ALBRAY will coordinate and manage the interview process. We will conduct interviews and assess the candidates to ensure they are the best fit for the position.

STEP 5

Offering and Onboarding: ALBRAY will work with you to make an offer to the successful candidate and coordinate the onboarding process. We will ensure that the candidate is fully prepared for their new role and is properly integrated into your organization.
